Mr. Deepak Gowda brings over twenty-five (25) plus years of experience in Life Sciences & Health Care (LSHC) industry.

He has led the businesses in Strategic roles in companies like TCS LSHC, Wipro LSHC, Reliance, Biocon Ltd, Syneos Health & Cadila Pharmaceutical.

His experiences includes P&L leadership, building offshoring, go-to-market strategies, solutioning, transitions, transformation initiatives, Quality Management services in Contract Research Organizations (CRO) and BPO Life Sciences & Health Care (LSHC).

Mr. Deepak is the Board Member & Managing Partner of Hedwell Capital and Management Services.

Previously, Mr Deepak has held the below positions

  • – Vice President, Global Data Services
  • – General Manager India at Syneos Health (previously inVentiv Health Clinical) – 5.5 years.
  • – Associate VP & Solutions Head, Life Sciences HLS LOB at Wipro BPO Solutions Limited – 1.5 years.
  • – Director Operations & Customer Leader, Life Sciences and Healthcare, at TCS Limited – 2 years.
  • – Dy. General Manager & Head – Clinical Data Management, at Reliance Industries Limited – 4 years.
  • – Head Executive Central Laboratory and QA, at Clinigene International, (A Biocon Co.) – 6.5 years
  • – Application Manager Cadila Pharmaceutical diagnostics and Analytical division – 4 years.

In terms of Qualification Mr Deepak holds MBA Information Management, PG is Clinical Research and Certified External Quality Auditor.

Deepak lives in Bangalore, enjoys travel, networking, reading & watching movies.

Ambarish M Ghali, the Founder and Director of Prewel Labs completed his master’s degree in Biotechnology from Bangalore University. Having a work experience of over 10 years in the Pharmaceutical field, he is also well nuanced in other areas involving Invitro cell-based assays, Mycoplasma Testing, Flow cytometry assays, Analytical method development, Analytical method validations, Equipment Qualification, Thermal Validations, and Compliance. The hunger to solve challenges with a sense of curiosity along was what that motivated him in choosing entrepreneurship. With the intent of solving customer’s problems, he started his enterprenual journey where he could aid thousands of people to lead a productive life. Though he is a self-made entrepreneur by profession, he will always be a Biotechnologist at heart.

Prashanth Hugar, the Founder and Director of Prewel Labs who served as the Head of Business Development at Hartmans Analytical Laboratory comes with 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical companies with his expertise lying in Microbiology, LIMS implementation, Auditing, and Consulting. His role in effective leadership management along with steadfast adherence to high quality of services forms one of the many founding principles of the company. With his vision tied at attaining growth through long-term objectives that are in conjunction with client needs and interest, his contribution in client building and in team management to maximize individual, divisional and departmental performance have been highly appreciable.
